According to the experience and technology of Sermocol we advise:
- Selection of steel with mechanical properties suitable for the application to the shell and adequate selection of special carbide grades for a specific application by implementing air / oil outlets on parts to reduce internal pressure;
- Finishing: Polished before and after coating;
- Assembly: to guarantee dimensional tolerances of 0.005mm, assembly and execution is guaranteed by Sermocol;
